The RCO enrobing machine is designed to completely or partially coat various products like biscuits, cereal bars, snacks or bakery products with tempered chocolate or compound. A stainless-steel structure with easy to clean surfaces, easy access for maintenance. The stainless-steel net conveyor on which the products travel passes through coating veils generated by a continuous flow of chocolate coming from special nozzles and distributed on one or more tiles. The excess chocolate is collected into a water jacketed receiving hopper underneath the transport net where the chocolate or compound is collected and then pumped back to the de-crystallization system to be re-used.
