The MA series storage tanks are double-walled cylindrical tanks, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for the storage and maintaining at a constant temperature liquid products such as: cocoa butter, anhydrous fats, cocoa mass, chocolate, cream or surrogate. Inside the tank a rotary blade stirrer, controlled by a geared motor, provides continuous and uniform mixing. Connected to the mixing stirrer, there is a bottom scraper that prevents the accumulation of solid particles on the bottom of the tank. The tank is water jacketed and provided with a temperature control unit with electric resistances and a pump. The machine can be unloaded either manually, through the manual outlet valve, or by connecting a pump to the special provided connector. Available in several sizes, from 1000 litres up to 5200 litres, a larger capacity can be offered on request.

Tank MAC Series


The MAC series storage tanks are specially designed to aerate liquid products such as chocolate, creams or surrogate, and enhance the volatilization of unwanted humidity and residual fermentation, unwanted flavours occasionally present in some kind of cocoa. For this specific reason the tanks are provided with a pump that continuously recirculates the product and pour it over a conical shaped surface positioned at the top of the tank. This water jacketed conical surface is kept at a proper temperature and the chocolate flowing on it has a wide surface in contact with air to help evaporate humidity and eliminate harsh volatile flavours. Available in two size for a capacity of 1500 kg and 2500 kg of chocolate. Inside the tank there is a rotary blade stirrer which provides the product with uniform mixing and a bottom scraper that prevents the formation of scale. The product can be unloaded either manually, through the manual outlet valve, or through the product recycling pump.
